WOW Death Knight new eye glows The new glowing eyes have been updated in patch 8.3 PTR for all races of Death Knights, such as Blood Elves and Night Elves. They are more like the Lich King's eyes, and you can check out these new effects in Dressing Room. Blizzard also clarifies that there will be more brightly-glowing eyes in future builds of the Visions of N'Zoth PTR. Death Knight eye glows WOW Death Knight new ability:

Veteran of the Fourth War In addition to the updated eye glows, Blizzard also adds a new ability to WOW Death Knight, Veteran of the Fourth War that reflects the recent War Campaign in Battle for Azeroth which ended outside the Gates of Orgrimmar. All Death Knights can be able to use this ability with the requirement of level 55. Like Veteran of the Third War ability, this new ability can also increase Stamina by 10%. Pandaren and Allied Race Death Knights that are unlocked with Shadowlands pre-order will receive Veteran of the Fourth War ability instead of Veteran of the Third War to reflect their character's role in the Battle for Azeroth conflict.
