WOW Penance healing increased by 15% Depending on the Blizzard blue post, we have known that they have made new Class change to Discipline Priest in the PTR. When you play in PTR, you can see that Penance healing has been increased by 15%. And in patch 8.3, Penance will also be receiving this healing buff. Penance is a specialization for Discipline Paladin, costing 2% of base mana. You can use it to deal holy damage to an enemy by its 40% of spell power for three, and its 71% of spell power for three can be used to heal an ally over 2 seconds.

WOW Class changes in patch 8.3 Blizzard is preparing for the upcoming Visions of N'Zoth by making Class changes in many aspects. For example: 1. Increase Ice Lance damage of Frost Mage by 20%. 2. Reduce Moonfire damage, Sunfire damage and periodic damage of Balance Druid by 10%. 3. Increase High Noon (Azerite Trait) damage and Power of the Moon (Azerite Trait) damage of Balance Druid by 11%. 4. Reduce Glimmer of Light healing of Holy Paladin by 12%.
